Woah... Mummy had planned a very busy schedule for lil Precious this weekend.

Sun 27/April : 915am Kidz Campus@WoodGrove
Ok here we go...
Let's begin with 25/04 Fri.. Need to wake Rayden early on sat morning, so ard 9pm, let him proceed to sleep, but alas MIL came, she played so much w Rayden so as expected he couldnt n don wan sleep , keep wanting a fuss until 1am.. KO!
I thought would have a hard time waking Rayden the next day, but NO, he woke up at 730am,even before i gg to wake him.
830am: Meet up w Lil Jayden and Family..
900am: Reached Dance on Us Studio!
the session was fun i tot, but lil Rayden simply don listen to instruction n don follow mummy nor the teachers, roam away to the corners, distracted by the people peeping through the window to see the class.. sighz.. no choice let him roam lo..Lil Jayden was alot better, he enjoyed the class n sit n follow the teachers, he panticipated well.
1030am: Proceed to Mac for breakfast. me and jolene had a hard time w the boys..haa as ever, throw things, cry for things n for rayden v as expected, spit away the food i put in his mouth..OK fine, he always win... when we leaving the place..we the mummies feel so paiseh.. haa the place is like a war zone.. wat a mess!
12nn: Proceed to Metro Paragon to do some shopping.. nothing much to buy actually..
Btw lil Jayden alredy in his dreamland in the pram but the notty rayden still running around actively n CAR CAR CAR! i almost faint.
1pm: To suntec, coz nid to go for the fair there..jalan jalan then last stop we went to CArl's Jnr for our lunch lo..yummy burger but super full.. the boys eh..busy w their balloons n the toy car lo. then head home...
Rayden slept for 10mins lidat in the car, when reached home, he auto wake (as usual).
I quickly showered him, gv him milk, wanna make him slp , he shd be v tired rite, theoratically.. but NO ! aft 1 hr+ of rocking still cry to get out...#$^@#* he win again la, wat can i do.. then dinner etc...as usual he slp ard 930pm.

I woke up late too on Sun, then only managed to wake Rayden up at 9am. Late lo :(
Reached Kidz Campus ard 925am, the teacher's face seem to be a bit black n stern..coz we were late :(
I find the environment not bad, but as usual Rayden cant concentrate on the acitivities but roam ard wanting to get the toys out to play... then proceed to the gym, he enjoyed a bit more but oso don follow ..he do things he like..
End of class.. Hubby find it so-so only n don like the teacher, say she v monotonous.
1015am : To Causeway Point BK for brunch
1130am : Head home! Rayden showered n had a short nap!
2pm : Went to Baby Preston's 1st mth shower party
4pm : Hubby got viewing, me n rayden waited for him @ Mac nearby
530pm : Went to Ubi showroom, we getting new car.NOt v excited abt it coz need so much cash top-up..almost killing me.. Rayden enjoyg himself lo..CAR CAR CAR run here n there n make noise. Got 1 pretty Eurasia Toddler gal, wanna play w him but he keep running ard... everytime running from baby gals.. Dunno hw to enjoy his ladies luck..silly.. haa

Dinner@Hog's Breath Cafe 19April08

Sat supposingly very busy, but the morning part was relieved due to the cancelling of our trial class at Boogie Bug, the teacher was sick, so didnt get to meet lil Jayden nor starry..so sad :(
Then the plan move on for the afternoon onwards...
Meeting Paula and family for Dinner @HOlland Village, hubby is buying her dinner, thank her for recommending client to him (sucessful transaction..heehee).
Here's lil javier and lil rayden ..although Lil Javier is 2 days younger than Rayden but he's slightly taller n much meatier than my darling. But haha..actually i gotten used to it. my darling is rather small frame, but as long as healthy.. good enough.
It was fun though very busy, coz we constantly need to entertain ours boys. Hubbies chatting happily about car and soccer lo..Though it was quite a brief meetup but fun enough.
Javier very warm-hearted.. haa coz keep wanting to hug n sayang Rayden, Rayden was rather startled by his eagerness.. haaa..wat a sight.. But apparently Rayden is more interested in Pretty Aunty Paula than Javier.. LoL!

NOnetheless, hope to c Paula & family soon again :) Yippy!

Hubby's Birthday

For this year, I finally have a more decent birthday plan for Hubby. Poor him, for the past 2 years, we were always been busy, w new house and new baby.. So this is a perfect time to make amend for him. hee but don expect much la.Juz doing the norm.
Went shopping for his bday gift alone, wanted to get him a Car GPS initially, but too ex the item n i nt familiar so i sounded him out and it's a NO from him, OK.
Then a LV organsier, sounded him out, he don wan too. say unless get in Euro..Haa
So finally .. my decision.. I got him a Adidas Liverpool 08 jersey, a Adidas training shorts, a N95 HP pouch..Cost me in total ~$180+ phew.. But all worthwhile.
Hubby turned in early on the eve of his bday. No chance to wish him Happy bday! So while doing my laundry, suddenly an idea winked at me. Haa.. So ~1145pm, i hid all the 3 gifts in our living room, 1159pm, i picked our digicam up, video-ed myself then the clock, had a count down + a bday song..Then told him his mission to find all the 3 gifts w clues given..Hee..
Plan went on well.. hee he found all the next day..Hee so fun..
Then will be having a dinner +cake at Swensen's w my parents n his dad n of coz our darling precious son la (w a big black bao)..

Bad fall again! (31Mar)

As usual, hubby is v busy w his work, hence i went home early n buy dinner for FIL.
Everything as usual, then FIL was hanging his laundry, i was playg w Rayden in the dinning area, then he run away towards FIL happily. As this is his normal chores of running ard, it doesnt bother me, then a loud "bang".I stood up n see he faced down in the balcony n wailing out loud! My goodness..I quickly picked him up, a huge round "bao" on his rt forehead + blue black. :(
I think he accidently tripped/missed the kerb from kitchen to balcony n fall flat HARD into the slab.
We quickly dap it w warm water n rub a bit then put on the green cream lo.

let me recall # falls, hard ones that i remember
(1) Startg to crawl; slipped n fall on his head; rt forehead "bao"
(2) Startg to walk; grabbed dining chair & it went onto him; rt forhead "bao"
(3) Walking already; sit in tricyle while having dinner, stood up n entire thing fell w him; rt forehead "bao"
(4) Walking already; come down from sofa to coffee table, fell when the big cushion slipped, fell his chin onto the coffee table; underneath chin blue black
(5) Running already; missed the kerb from kitchen to balcony; rt forehead "bao"

So accident prone..so sad that i din managed to prevent it :(
POOr boy cried hytserically.. My heart juz sank as well.

Finally 21st Mar Fri, Yippy our trip to Bali & it's Rayden's first oversea trip!
As this is an F&E trip, I actually start planning since late Jan08.
Checking thru' forums and information webby..
(1) Decide which part of Bali to go
=> As bringg Rayden, want somewhere serene n not so crowded
==> Ubud (~2hrs away from airport)

=> Got HSBC 1-for-1 deal, but hor still v ex i feel n the lousy flight timings :(

(3) HOtel/Villa
=> Villa, first time stayg villa, hooray DH agreed! Then it's my job to get a $worth villa

How i feel abt the trip?
Almost perfect, except not very satisfised w the driver.. feel that he din help to make our $ worthwhile, suspected he earned comission from the shops by taking us to the more ex n not $ worth places. :(
Bali Ginseng Coffee super ex..we din convert it ..bought it liao..then we realised 12sachets cost S$30 ..
BlueOcean seafood at Jimabaran.. ex n food not nice..but ambience is great

Problems w Rayden?
No actually .. But due to the late timing of the flights, keep disturbing rayden's slp, hence he was quite grouchy (my fault!)
he were having fun all the while..so happy! keep dancing to the music .. like to slp while standg.. haa

Overall..
Lovely trip! told Hubby that i wanna go again..but oni 2 of us.. Coz Bali is such a romantic place..haa w lil Rayden not engf time to really enjoy at those romantic restuarant nor the spas.. hehee sorry mummy is selfish..wont be bringing u the next time..hee.. but juz w daddy :P

Visit to T3 (08March08)

Finally went to visit the great T3..But hor to my disappointed.. I don find it fantastic leh. Maybe coz nite time? Spacious though but i felt so enclosed..I prefer T1 n T2... watever anyway ..hehee

15th Mth MMR Jab +Chkn Pox (16Feb08)

Took Baby Rayden for his 15th mth jab on 16Feb at BabyBear Clinic

Weight 9.9kg (i expected him to be 10kg)

PD said he's slightly on the lower side but his head is slightly on the higher.
Haa..big head small body..
Development-wise he's ok :)
Everytin's fine except he fussy eater lo..eat like a lil mousie.

Fever medicine etc was given by PD, to be prepared if fever break out (maybe 5days after jabs)

After tat, Daddy went for 2 weeks of reservist.
mummy so lonely but will never, coz be bz w lil Rayden boy.. hee :)

Lunar New Year (7Feb08)

Wee! It's CNY again.. This is 2nd CNY for Baby Rayden, how time flies! He's big boy now, turning 15th mth next week..
Mummy bought him 2 CNY 'cheena' suits. MIL also bought him 3 CNY 'cheena' suits. FIL bought him 1 new pair of shoes to match his chu-yi attire.
FIL and BIL & GF went Tokyo for holiday from 4Feb onwards. So i took leave to be the baby sitter.. n of coz i enjoyed it every second :)
Both hubby n me were so bz, buying buying n buying stuffs for CNY!

Trial class at GUG (United Sq)

20-Jan-08 (Sunday)

The entire sat 19-Jan was me and darling Rayden at home.. Coz FIL went for his pre-holiday immunisation jab, Hubby as usual busy with his own stuff.. badminton session,,PS3 etc (i cant be bothered liao)..Haa .. Oh ya fed him Mac's hotcakes and scrambled eggs..but he like none :(
As Rayden's appetite stil consider very lil for his age, hence i introduced him Pedisure, but he hv been on Mamil Dumex since 14m coz of his rash with Gain IQ. But now Pedisure belongs to Abbott, i would hope he taking formulae from same company, so i gg to let him on GAIN IQ again..But this time round i will dilute it a bit , we aready hear others saying Abbott's heaty that's y the rashes.. So ok i think better to hv diluted. :)
Sat nite home around 11pm, quickly wash Rayden up n fed him then brought him to sleep..But as per FIL, he din slp the entire nite, keep crying, then he woke up at ard 7am on sunday morning (i intended to wake him at 830am coz he hv a GUG class today at 930am), so proceed with my plan, we rushed to United Sq for his class.
930am Gifted Babes Classroom 1, 12 babies with 2 teachers. The class lasts abt 1.5hr..it was fun...both mummy and rayden enjoyed it.
First session was singing, then phonics (On "C" today) then arts (to paint with corn) then story telling. I kinda of like it.. But but but the class cost $168 / 4 sessions..phew..it's expensive. Today's trial lesson, cost me $45 (mummy paid coz daddy claimed that he forgotten to draw cash ..Lame!)..Haa
Din managed to take fotos..din bring camera, lunch proceed to food court for baked rice.. wanted to go Swensen's but stingy hubby say go food court.. haa...
Feedback: the class is good but feel it's a lil bit too crowded :(

Big Blue-Black (07 January)

Well...falls are pretty common for toddlers who can walk/run..
So there's no exceptions for my Precious Boy..
Hubby be very busy these 3 days, coz he's taking CEHA exams. Tat's y he cant join me
with my colleagues for badminton session near our house. Aft i returned, ard 9pm, i saw the big blue-black on the right side of Rayden's forehead. FIL told me he tried to climb the dinning set's chair, but apparently, he's too strong, the chair fall onto him and the chair's leg left the marks on his forehead.. SO big n black, must be so painful.. :( ... well i din say much juz sayang my boy n rub on it abit.. hopew will get well soon. Hubby came back, told him abt it. he said must be FIL din follow him closely, not the first time liao, FIL watched TV n let rayden roam on his own. :(
I so afraid that rayden play with the kitchen wares in the drawers one day, got knifes etc..so dangerous.. MUST get a "lock"!

Xmas Eve 2007! Merry Xmas!

Finally the much waited day!! It's Xmas, it's always been my favorite festive season..
This is the 2nd year with my dearest precious Rayden boy. This year he's able to walk n the party is held at our fren's hse instead of ours (last yr, while Rayden is only 2m+, how times flies!)..So decided to bring him along... but as Hubby expected, Rayden is so playful that he refused to eat and slp... All he wanna is PLAY! Well..true engf, it's frustrated me a bit/lot.. The party was very fun with all our beautiful frens..But for me, i din really enjoyed tat much coz i'm focusing on Rayden.I was having the lovely intention of having Rayden w me, rather than lettg him spendg alone like any other day..but apparently things didnt went my way. So end of the party, I had quite a bad tiff with hubby, had some misundstdgs..well well... I'm sorry abt tat, for being so wilful..Anyway I need to watch my temper from hereon.. i shd hv, long ago..I am very thankful for Hubby's forgiveness on my behaviour... :)

Nonetheless, it was still a very much enjoyed party! Yippy!

Shopping under xmas lightings

Last minutes Xmas Shopping... As expected, Orchard flooded with tons of last minutes shoppers.. But still we had a great time shopping with our precious lil notty boy! Hee..so enjoyable...

Rayden's First "long" walk..hee

Before jotting down Rayden's first "true" walk, i guess i should make a lil updates first, been quite some time since i publish "news".. hee

Well, last few weeks were quite busy for us (Hubby & myself), attended 3 wakes within 4 weeks and we had a car accident last thur (6-Dec) ..So sad!

Taking about the car accident. Sighz, Hubby's heart still aching.. n he misses his baby so much (Now we are driving a replacement car, a light blue Toyoto Altis SGN, quite new eh). His precious baby will be in the car workshop for a week+...
The story goes... 6-Dec Thurs evening, I wanna go Raffles City to do my shopping, anf aft that we need to attend a wake. Hence Hubby suggested to pick me up from work to town (it's drizzling). My Hubby's kind thought, else i plan to go downtown myself. Such a sweet gestures from him. Ferried my colleague as well as he's gg downtown too. As it's drizzling, we saw an ambulance traveling infront and ferrying my colleague, so hubby drive relatively careful tat day, normally he drve quite fast.
So traveling along CTE, i think near the Balestier exit (we are on the fast lane), around 610pm. the front car jammed brake! My hubby managed stop in time,me n hubby were like "Heng, stopped in time", but 1 second later.he heard a loud bang from behind! And we shouted "Damn!"...then we were pushed forward n hit the front car. DAMN! #&&%$(&@#$%@.... so end up as a chain accident involving 4 cars, ours is the 2nd car n with the worst hit. sian! But heng, no one is injured. After taking down the details, we went off, called out friendly insurance agent as well to inform him "time to work". hee.. Anyway reached Raffles City, my hubby still v sian.. end up no shopping but went to a nice restuarant for dinner (i suggested to buy hubby a good dinner lo, to cheer him up). After dinner at Raffles City, we continued our way to our fren's grandpa's wake lo...
But lucky, Rayden is not with us in the car when the accident takes place. Normally if travelling with him, i'll take the back seat and w/o any safety belt ON, how dangerous it can be! phew! From today onwards I must let Rayden takes the car seat when traveling.. A MUST!..

11-Dec (Tues)..
went home as usual after work, hubby was playing w Rayden.. then suddenly Rayden starts to walk w/o supported.. hee.. we encouraged him to walk more, he is so happy.. walked for quite some distance, abt half of my living hall. He fell but he pick himself up n continue to walk..so adorable my precious lil! :)
