Opps, been close to a month since I last update my blog.
Well,not much going on, nothing to update...I have been super busy with work.
Busy with houseworks, with Rayden etc etc etc...
Hubby got his last molar extracted, due to partial decaying...scary...
Must have a good brushing habit else end up like him..heee GOsh it must be painful. He spent $200 in this minor surgery. Pain for a couples of days, had slight fever..But glad he's getting better on the xmas day..
As for Rayden, I am still confused with the milk formulae, dunno which is the best for him. His poo is either too hard (like pebbles) or too soft (like curry)... FIL suggested that we should mix Mamil Gold with Isomil Advanced 2, to get the correct stool.. indeed, it appears to be better.
So now, Rayden is on Dumex Mamil Gold / Pedisure + Isomil Adv 2. Haa
It's getting complicated.
Oh ya, about me, my company have "warm shutdown" for the entire xmas week. We are being "forced" to take 4 days leaves ... so staying at home, but everyday i packed myself with events.. heee .. Wonder if FIL will "complain" tat I am not working but yet I don stay at home to look after Rayden :p
Okay about Xmas, well not much of mood this year, dunno why... maybe becoz Hubby is too busy shuttling between his client's xmas parties and own usual gang's. No spirits this year, did not even get a chance to view the xmas lightings in Orchard.
So Xmas Eve, we supposed to go East Coast Park for BBQ but due to the heavy rain, we switched to one of our fren's house for dinner + countdown.
Well, to be frank, this year wasnt as well -planned as last year, it's kinda bored. But no complaints coz they are trying their best already, I did not help, due to Rayden.. Those with Kids are rather hard to participate in the activities, plus we did not have a formal discussion as well, only a few folks are doing the planning. But still it went on well and smooth :)

Fyi, Pediasure is not milk, is actually an nutritional supplement, is stated on the tin
How much milk is your son drinking per day? Stools is also affected by the amount of fibre/ vege and water he takes.
Vince is drinking Dumex Dugro since he turned 2 last year. And his stools are generally ok.

Hi Stardust, thanks for helping.. Actually i am getting lazier, i tot since the mixing seem to solve his poo problem, i shall then stick to it.
Actually after the previous diarrhoea incident, after he recovered, i resumed his milk feed with the usual Mamil Gold 2, and Pedisure b4 slp.
His poo starts to be watery and yellowish again. its freaks me! so i decided to change his milk to Isomil Adv (Soy based). I called up Abbott expert, she told me as Pedisure actually does not contain cow's milk, so should be ok, and suggest i can try Isomil Adv and observe.
Then seems like skipping Mamil Gold, giving only the Abbott, seems to be too heaty, his poo are all semi-hard pebble-like.
Giving only Mamil Gold, his poo is light yellow and watery and frequent.
When FIL tried the mixing, it turns out ok.
So i am sticking to tat lo.

I actually do not think Rayden is allegry to Cow's milk, coz from birth until now seems ok, but recently I oso duno why his intake w Mamil gold is bad.
Wat do u suggest? :)
My personal opinon is that mixing formula milk powder is quite wierd, haha
Soy-based or Lactose free milk eg. Isomil Advanced is for children not drinking cow's milk or having diarrhoea. If you mix them with Dumex Mamil Gold, Rayden is still considered drinking cow's milk leh
While Pediasure is not milk at all, is energy nutrional supplement for fussy eaters
If you feel Rayden is not allergic to cow's milk, so the problem is with Dumex Mamil Gold why suddenly go wrong. Did you also try changing his bottle teats or new bottles maybe got bacteria?
Personally I like Dumex, maybe you can also ask samples of Dumex Dugro to try out
